About our Contractors

Our contractors have outstanding references, insurance and any required licenses. Our approved contractors are by invitation only and they cannot pay to join us.

The customer receives a service call within the hour and the contractors keep scheduled appointments. We then verify the work was complete and to the satisfaction of our customers. On average we have about 50 contractors per area and have over 100 type services. See Services now.

Why are we here?

According to a nationwide survey of consumer agency officials released February 10, 2005, complaints about home improvement contractors topped the list!

This analysis of over 400,000 complaints filed in 2003-2004 with member agencies of NACAA and other consumer groups showed that consumers are getting fed up with problems related to finding someone to fix or improve their residential property.
Top gripes were "poor workmanship" and "not living up to contracts". It doesn't seem to be getting any better: the statistics showed that the TOP 5 group has remained virtually unchanged over the last several years.
